I have been closing the year with this practice for over a decade now, inspired by YS 1:33 and Dana Paramita, the practice of giving, of generosity. We remember the many gifts we can give freely, gifts from our hearts that cannot be bought.

Stop, rest and give thanks for the year that has been, with all its ups and downs and divisions. Take time to empty out this year of pause, replenish yourself and prepare to connect from the heart with family and friends.
